I’m using your product right now and its the worst stuff I;ve ever used.
I have a german roach in a glass jar right now and he acts like your stuff is water. will see in the morning. all I know is Ive used this whole gallon and the roaches iI do have which is very few, this stuff does not bother to kill them as far as I can see. gonna go back to uasing the stuff I’ve used before never again this crap.

I apologize for the delayed response on this comment – I also apologize for the product not working to your expectations.
This product, as well as any other product that uses Deltamethrin as an active ingredient with a water base, kills the insect as soon as the spray dries. I understand the frustration when an insect is literally swimming in our product or walks through it without issue, but the product is designed to kill the bugs (in this case a roach) with its “residual”.
If I could, I’d like to send you a brochure and some roach tablets to make up for this dismal first impression of our line.
Could you please supply me with your address and I will have these mailed out today.

I have watched your video on your sprayer when my sprayer didn’t work, i did every thing that your video showed, I finally laid the bottle on it’s side to prime the line, it worked until the line emptied and then nothing, each time I pumped the sprayer at leased 50 times and I gave up!

My apologies on the late reply – sounds like you may have a bad sprayer. This defective happens every so often and I, again, apologize for the inconvenience. I would be happy to send a replacement free of charge along with a brochure.
Could you please supply me with your address?

Hello PF Harris,
We use your Pro Sprayer (Prod Code Pro-32) in seedling production. It gives a nice ounce or so of fluid per trigger pull in a fine mist (or a stream), and the chemically resistant gaskets (nitrile?) are good for the dilute fertilizer we apply beginning with cotyledon expansion.
We get a month or 2 of use of a sprayer, I’m guessing 500-1,000 trigger pulls per day. Gently prying off the trigger and cleaning the interior of the chamber extends it’s life, but inevitably their comes a time when the trigger fails to retract. I’m guessing the spring weakens and needs to be replaced.
If you don’t support the sprayer with a part replacement for the spring, could you provide me with specification for the spring so i can buy it from a 3rd party?
If you are interested in product improvements, a 32oz sprayer with a stainless steel piston and chamber and using high quality gaskets is something I have never been able to find. These things give out to soon!

Thank you for buying our sprayer. At this time we do not sell replacement parts, however I would like to send you 6 each of our #CR-32 chemical resistant spray heads and 1 CR-32 bottle, you can use the remaining spray heads on the PRO-32 spray bottles you have been using.
Let me know how you like them at firstname.lastname@example.org

WOW, THANKS Dave! Your generosity is beyond comprehension and completely unexpected. We really like your sprayer; it gives a full, strong shot with each trigger pull anywhere from a grime-blasting solid stream to a very fine mist guaranteed not to disturb the soil of a germinating seed or fragile sprout.

Thank you for contacting P.F. Harris. The Harris Bed Bug Killer can be sprayed on the sides of the mattress and box springs. Pay attention to spraying the tucks and folds along the edges; bed bugs frequently will nest in those areas. Allow to dry for two hours. Spray other areas of the room such as baseboards. The dried spray will continue to kill for the next seven to ten days. Repeat treatments may be necessary. Continue to vacuum thoroughly before spraying each time and empty your vacuum in the outside garbage.
Please call us if you have additional questions. We are happy to assist you 1-800-637-0317.

I am very displeased with the stink bug spray not the product but the trigger does not work. I watched your video and nothing is helping im gonna have to put it in something else to spray it…not only that I lost alot of the spray trying to figure out what would help it work…it also leaked. Will definitely buy anymore unless some form of restitution is offered. For what I paid for the bottle was not worth all the hassles that came with it…this is for the STINK BUG SPRAY 1 GAL.

I’m looking for a sprayer that can handle bleach. I note some sprayers specifically say “not for bleach” even though they may say chemically resistant. Do you offer such a spray bottle head and if so what is the part number?
October 20, 2017 at 5:00 am
Yes, an item that can handle bleach can be quite difficult to find. Our Chemically Resistant Sprayer (CR-32) can handle bleach. The sprayer has a stainless steal interior that prevents the bleach from breaking down the sprayer over time.

Purchased the gallon stink bug killer and I have spent over an hour now trying to get the trigger to work. Watched the video, doesn’t help, tried to reinstall the hose, nothing. Would like a quick and easy solution, as I am very anxious to get rid of all the stink bugs that have taken over the entire back side of my house.

I would like to know how Harris bed bug spray work I sprayed my box spring and mattress and the bugs walked through it like water is that normal
November 28, 2017 at 10:01 am
Yes – The formula is water based and the active does not go into effect until the spray dries. Once the spray dries, those bed bugs who walked through the spray, will die.
