Q: Are your products safe to use around children and pets?
A: Please ensure to read the product labels on each product and use as directed. For liquid spray or aerosol products: Have pets and other people out of the room while spraying. Spray surfaces until damp; not puddling or dripping. Do not allow to return to area until completely dry; approximately 2 hours. All may return when completely dry and resume complete use of the room. For powder and tablet products: Apply powder lightly and uniformly focusing on cracks and crevices. Always place tablets out of reach and out of sight of children and pets. For glue traps and gels: Always place glue traps out of sight and out of reach of children and pets. Apply gel in areas not accessible to children and pets.
Q: How long do the roach tablets last for?
A: We recommend refreshing the tablets about once a year for maximum effectiveness.
Q: Do your sprays kill on contact?
A: No. The insect will not die instantly. Our water-based formula is odorless and non-staining and will kill the insect once the spray dries.
Q: Will your bed bug traps kill bed bugs?
A: Yes, but we recommend using the traps primarily as a monitor to detect whether or not you have bed bugs.
Q: Can I spray Swamp Gator Insect Repellent on my pets?
A: Our label does not include use on pets.

Q: How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

A: Yes, for most of our products, you may return them for a refund if you are not fully satisfied. Please don't hesitate to give us your feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve! Please note, we do not offer refunds on bed bug products. Eliminating bed bugs requires additional control steps other than just using insecticides to eliminate the problem.
