To qualify for a refund, you must be a legal US resident, 18 years of age or older. Only the original purchaser of the requested product(s) may participate. PF Harris Manufacturing Company, LLC, does not honor requests from commercial users, groups, clubs, or organizations. No Guarantee for use on rental property or other commercial applications.
Acceptance of replacement or substitute product is fulfillment of the Guarantee.
The original cash register receipt is required for a refund or exchange of goods. No copies or reproductions will be accepted.
Limit one ITEM refund per person, customer, household, address or receipt. Use of multiple addresses or PO Boxes to obtain multiple refunds is fraudulent and could result in Federal prosecution under the US Mail Fraud Statutes (1 USC, Sections 1341-1342). Offer valid in the USA only.
No PO Boxes will be accepted without a valid street address. Any claims postmarked after 60 days from the date of purchase will be ineligible.
PF Harris Manufacturing Company, LLC reserves the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time. We also reserve the right to ask for the lot codes, UPC barcode, return of the product or other identifying items as additional proof of purchase. Receipts and other items submitted become the property of PF Harris Manufacturing Company, LLC and will not be returned. Please allow 8 weeks for receipt of check. PF Harris Manufacturing Company, LLC is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.

*We do not offer refunds on bed bug products. Why? It's simple; Eliminating bed bugs requires additional control steps other than just using insecticides to eliminate the problem. Removing clutter, washing all clothing in hot water and placing in a hot dryer for 45 minutes or more, are additional important steps required for treatment. Bed bug control often requires mattress encasement covers, daily vacuuming as well as close inspection of all wall hangings, draperies, furniture and more. Failure to do any one of these steps makes it difficult for any EPA registered insecticide to overcome a bed bug infestation.
